My Prima Audition

Hi There my dear friends,
I'm here sharing with you a post to enter into my favourite of all favs ..

Prima Dt Call 2015 !!

Wish me luck xxx

I have set up a few collages ( wink wink, as I'm self taught this could be interesting !!)

So here goes !!

My crazy obsession with this amazing craft, started with Cards

so here are a few of my cards I'm showing off...

Here is an altered angel I made from paper mache and prima dies  and stencils are show cased
Paper is from The Butterfly Collection......
The white crepe flower is made from the Prima sizzix die, I have cut many doily's from the pineapple die, cut them up to form leaves. I have also used the yummy leaf die set to add some more dimension.

My second favourite is scrapbooking, so here are a few of my layouts I have done all with "Prima, Prima, Prima" I love to use all sorts of media in my layouts, and lots of layers !!

I love to water colour so I had to show you a tippet of my works!!

I love to give everything a go, and am crazily into all mixed media, which I incorporate into all my work, I love the stencils and oh my where do you stop lol!!

I love to use the past with the new, as we know and love our Prima products they are so easy to
intertwine in every project...!! Hence my Obsession heehee!!

Here are some of my recent works a few close ups .........
Wish me luck, this is my dream I want this so badly xx
Hugs to you all.

Here I have made my fav. card fold "easel" using the Butterfly collection ( LOVE :)
I have incorporated Fin's gorgeous butterfly stamps, using frantage and art ingredients ..

Prima flowers, trim, some seam binding thrown in ...

I must admit my favourite style is "Vintage/Shabby Chic" ,but I love, love being able
to get Steam punk when I can !! I have another Paper Mache in the works (tinkering is needed!!)
Cant get her Bustle the way I want lol, so back to the drawing board!! But when she's done
I promise I will share.......stay tuned lol!!

But For now you will have to just imagine "Fairy's"...........

She was fun to make.. a lot of drying time was needed , not just for the Mache part but layering the stencils and shimmering ....but it was most therapeutic.

This is my mother's - Mother's day card
these are her fav. colours , so she was thrilled to receive it.

Symathy Card

Hi there my fellow crafters....
yes I've been absent for a bit unfortunately life has been a bit tough....
as we've all been through I've lost a dear friend well family member to me.
So I haven't been in any mood to do much at all.
I knew my Aunty would love a handmade card of mine,

So this has been the hardest card I have had to make......

Thanks for letting me share xxx

Rest in peace my dear, dear friend "Paul"
you were my big brother and will forever be in my heart xxx

Prima PPP March 2015

Hi there dear
friends, I hope I find you well.

Well I haven't done this for a while...
played along with Prima's Bap and PPP....
So why not I thought....loved the colours and gave it a wirl!!

Here is the inspirational challenge, by Prima...
http://prima.typepad.com/prima/2015/03/come-join-in.html#more

Just a few close ups of my work....
I sprayed my white Prima flowers with Prima's Bloom Sprays...
Did I say how much I love these....heeheee!!

To achieve this look I used.......Shimmer Emerald around the edges, topped with Lime wedge, then painted some Empress Gold yummieness around the curve of the petals!!
For the blue/green roses, I Used soft teal, sprinkle of Emerald and finished with the empress!!
I like to paint a lot of my colours on and spray, just gives a different effect!!

I have used frantage shabby white and prima's glass glitter....
not that it is showing up too well (lol), but I did use my prima flourish stencil,
with some model paste and sprinkled the frontage and glass glitter, Oh I topped the model paste
with Prima's clear medium, so they stuck well!!

Prima leaves and sprayed with emerald and teal. Die cut prima leaves, added some twine

love this natural look with colour, just makes it pop!!

Hope you enjoy, Happy Craftin  xxx

Page Drafts " Story Telling"

Hi There friends,
back with another share from the new release for
" Page Drafts"

Many of us find it hard to entertain the thought of
" Journaling" myself included,
and you might say I have a real problem with it.
I always seem to not be able to put down something without
"Waffling" as I am now ( I feel)!!

Its a personal thing, I suppose that's why,
but its not just the reason of putting words together, it can be dates
or just a phrase, or even just the title, might be your way of
entering something that you felt about what your scrapin about!!

So without more of my waffling lol, here is my interpretation,
hope you like it xxx

Thanks for popping bye, have a great day xxx
